Lincoln Mining Corporation has a management team of senior-level mining executives, engineers and geologists with a worldwide record of exploration, mine-finding and mine-building experience.

Robert Cruickshank, Independent Director
Mr. Cruickshank served as past President of the British Columbia Technology Industries Association (BCTIA) and has served in many executive roles including over four years as the President of BCTEL Mobility. Mr. Cruickshank currently serves as a director of Vendtek Systems Inc. a TSXV listed technology company. Along with Chairing the Board of Carmanah Technologies he also serves on the Advisory Board of both AfterCAD Software Inc. and Nutri-Loc, two early stage technology companies.

Robert Elton, Independent Director
Mr. Elton currently serves as Executive Chair of Powertech Labs and Advisor to the Board of Directors of BC Hydro. He was former President and CEO of BC Hydro for six years and prior to that, he had various senior executive positions including Chief Financial Officer of Eldorado Gold Corporation and a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Elton is involved in various civic and community activities, including acting as a Member of the Board of Canadian Business for Social Responsibility and a Member of the Global Agenda Council, World Economic Forum. 

Andrew F. B. Milligan, Chairman of the Board and Independent Director
Mr. Milligan is a business executive who has concentrated on mining ventures over the past 35 years. From 1984 to 1986 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Glamis Gold Ltd. In November 1986 he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Cornucopia Resources Ltd.  In 1998 and 1999 Cornucopia disposed of its gold mining interests and subsequently merged with three other companies to form Quest Investment Corporation.  Since 2004 he has concentrated his efforts on Lincoln Mining Corporation.

Dr. Michael Price, Independent Director
Dr. Price is a mining finance consultant who brings with him more than 30 years resource banking experience and also holds a PhD in Mining Engineering. Dr. Price is currently a mining finance consultant and he is also the London based representative of Resource Capital Funds Management LLP. Prior to that Michael was Managing Director, Joint Global Head of Mining and Metals for Barclays Capital and he has held other prominent positions within the mining finance industry including that of Executive Director, Head of Resource Banking for NM Rothschild and Sons Ltd. Dr. Price’s extensive experience in mining projects and financing will be a significant asset to the Company as we advance our exploration properties to the production stage.

Paul F. Saxton, President & CEO and Director
Mr. Saxton is a mining engineer who also holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario . He has been active in the mining industry since 1969, holding various positions including mining engineer, mine superintendent, President and CEO of numerous Canadian mining companies. Following 10 years with Cominco, Mr. Saxton became Vice President and then President of Mascot Gold Mines Ltd., initially working on the design and construction of the Nickel Plate mine in BC. and was instrumental in the re-opening of the mine. Subsequently he became a Vice-President of Corona Corporation where he was responsible for western operations and exploration for the company. In 1989, Mr. Saxton was appointed Senior Vice President of Viceroy Resource Corporation where he was responsible for construction and operations of the Castle Mountain mine in California.  In 1994 he became President of Loki Gold Corporation and Baja Gold Inc, where he was responsible for bringing the Brewery Creek Gold mine into production. In 1996 he helped organize the merger of Viceroy, Baja and Loki into Viceroy Resource Corporation and became President of the new entity. Following his departure from Viceroy in 1998, Mr. Saxton became President of Standard Mining Corp., organizing the company and supervising its exploration activities until 2001, when Standard Mining Corp. was merged with Doublestar Resources Ltd. Since 2003 Mr. Saxton has been involved with Lincoln Mining Corporation.

Philip J. Walsh, Director  
Mr. Walsh became a director of the Company were the business combination of LPT Capital Ltd. and Lincoln Gold Corporation became effective in August 2009.  Prior to that Mr. Walsh was President and CEO of LPT Capital Ltd. since its incorporation in 2006.  In addition, since 1996 he has been President of Taff Management Corp., a private company that provides consulting, management and advisory services to junior public companies.
